Could the links be opened in new tabs?

Hello,
Links to external websites, on this forum, open in the same web page, replacing the forum.
Is it possible for links open in new tabs?

Sounds like a good idea - I’ve flipped the default to do so, but I don’t think that will affect accounts already created.

You can set it for yourself inside account Preferences, Interfaces:

Wow! There’s a setting for that in the forum script!? Probably since 1995 :)) I’ve been out of the “new kind of forum” space until now.

No worries - we’re using Discourse, a forum software that’s relatively new (2013) and didn’t exist back then.

If you have a mouse, use the center click button. If you are on a mac tap with two fingers.
