Why Korbit and Coinone crytocurrency exchange does not open deposit/withdrawal service in south korea

i do not understand why korea exchange does not open
deposit/withdrawal service of BTG for one year till now .
you know BSV coin opened very fast .
BTG price is almost same in korea .

Korbit , coinone and other several exchange in korea .

do you know reason ?
