where do i get user and pass? i followed instructions but nothing speaks about user/password and how to joing a pool

In the .bat file of configuration of Gminer

miner.exe --algo 144_5 --pers BgoldPoW --server eu.btgpool.pro --port 1445 --user GZdx44gPVFX7GfeWXA3kyiuXecym3CWGHi.rig0 --pass x

In that pool the user is your wallet address and the password will always be x. Once you begin mining your shares will be counted and your portion of the block reward will be sent to that wallet address once your pool finds a block and it is confirmed.
