It’s possible that the site is some sort of scam - it’s best to avoid online wallets whenever possible.

It’s not a wallet that we’ve tested or added to any lists. As a general rule, if an online site is asking for private keys or menmonics on a web page, I’ll avoid it at all costs.

I don’t see any transaction details that we can look at. Can you post your Bittrex withdrawal transaction? The transactions out of Bittrex should be visible in

OK, that was a transfer from this GdKG address to a GdKL address:

The GdKG address doesn’t look like a Bittrex address. It only ever contained a small number of coins and only 2 transactions… but it was funded from a GQNv address:

The GQNv address looks like a Bittrex address - huge number of coins and huge number of transactions.

What was the public wallet address that “btgonline” gave you? Was it GdKGB98mYBmiHAWGHHs2MciqNa6R3B9hCw?

Or was it GdKLjovQHF1NMMAw4wRgbk9Ciu22p62NAd ?

We can see that the coins transfered to GdKG were transferred to GdKL almost immediately.

This address was not created in the past few days, it has transactions going back several months.

Is GdKL your wallet? That’s where these coins are sitting. If it’s not your wallet, then it’s probably a wallet that belongs to whoever runs the “btgonline” site, which suggests it’s a scam. :frowning:

@MentalNomad: Thanks for your Support:
The address i get from the btgonlineplattform is:
i suppose i lost the coins isn’t it?
is there any possibility to get who is running the page?

Ok, so Bittrex sent the funds to GdKG at your request, and the transaction was confirmed Sep 16, 2018 5:54:17 AM:

A few hours later, at Sep 16, 2018 12:07:04 PM, the funds were moved from GdKG to GdKL:

If you did not make the second transfer, then a scammer did so.

Now, those coins sit in GdKLjovQHF1NMMAw4wRgbk9Ciu22p62NAd:

Important note: I’m seeing two address for the btgoinline site; there is one at .io and another at .info. They are behind different IP addresses. You’re sure you used .io and not .info?

Also, where did you find this site?

The .io and the .info sites have different registrars; I suspect both are scams because they were registered the same date/time.

I’ve learned that we already reported the .io site for abuse. We cannot force the registrar/host to take down the site.

If you are willing to file a formal fraud report with your authorities, a notice to the registrar/host might have more force.

You may also be able to file a complaint with Cloudflare; both sites are using Cloudflare for protection/load balancing.

@MentalNomad:Thanks for you support.
for explanation:
I transfered my coins from the Bittrex Plattform to the new online BTG Address given to me from :GdKGB98mYBmiHAWGHHs2MciqNa6R3B9hCw
Then i used on the Plattform the Funktion to change my BTG-Coins to Btc-Coins. and i was asked to give a BTC Adress. so i give my btc Adreess and clicked on the send button on th plattform. that generated the Transaktion i posted in this thread above.
and still now i’ m waiting for the transfer.
I find the Site: bei googling how to change Btg from Bittrex and have i think this page as a result:
im sure that i used the btgonline.iop since i did not understand tussian and the site is in russian.
I will try to file a formal fraud be the registrar and by cloudfare.
Thanks for your Helo again and my last question do you think i have a chance to get my coin again or is taht hopeless?

the site is also linked on this page:

I don’t think so, because the btgonline site is clearly pretending to be an official site, and we know that it is not.

It’s possible that it is an actual exchange service that is falsely using our branding in an effort to get more business, but I fear it’s more likely that they are a scam.

If they are an actual exchange service, perhaps there’s a chance of resolving things, but I don’t know how to try to reach them - and I don’t know which exchange service they actually use on their back end. (Most places like that use ShapeShift, Changelly, SWFT, or some big exchanges for actual trades.)

Thx for the links; we’ll try to follow up with those sites.

I wish we could be more helpful. :frowning:

i have contacted the registrar 101domain and cloudflare and i complained officially about the possible scam.

You could have just used something like coinomi. There are just way too many crypto-related scams online now.

Crypto ninjas is a legit site. I wonder why they didn’t do their research.

Update if someone is intrested:

the customer and the responsible hosting provider was informed about the abuse Report.
i contacted then the Hostingprovider of the site (btgonlineDOTio) also.
apparently the customer did not react to their message so they blocked the account btgonlineDOTio today.

The other site btgonlineDOTinfo is also blocked although that i did not complained about it.

Well done.

I know yours was not the only complaint they received - communities taking action can get results!
