after the removal of BTG Trading on Bittrex, i tried to save my BTG-Coins.
i created a Wallet on btgonline io and tried to change my BTG in BTC coins.
unfortunatly i did not received any coins till now.
Here is the Transaction that is made from [EDITOR: POSSIBLE SCAM SITE: btgonlineDOTio] to a BTG adress which is not my btc-adress.
can anybody help and explain me what is wrong with the plattform?
on the website of [EDITOR: POSSIBLE SCAM SITE: btgonlineDOTio] there is no possibility to get direkt support. and i did not found any impressum information for the Site.

Itās possible that the site is some sort of scam - itās best to avoid online wallets whenever possible.
Itās not a wallet that weāve tested or added to any lists. As a general rule, if an online site is asking for private keys or menmonics on a web page, Iāll avoid it at all costs.
I donāt see any transaction details that we can look at. Can you post your Bittrex withdrawal transaction? The transactions out of Bittrex should be visible in explorer.bitcoingold.org.
The GdKG address doesnāt look like a Bittrex address. It only ever contained a small number of coins and only 2 transactionsā¦ but it was funded from a GQNv address:
This address was not created in the past few days, it has transactions going back several months.
Is GdKL your wallet? Thatās where these coins are sitting. If itās not your wallet, then itās probably a wallet that belongs to whoever runs the ābtgonlineā site, which suggests itās a scam.

Important note: Iām seeing two address for the btgoinline site; there is one at .io and another at .info. They are behind different IP addresses. Youāre sure you used .io and not .info?

I transfered my coins from the Bittrex Plattform to the new online BTG Address given to me from btgonline.io :GdKGB98mYBmiHAWGHHs2MciqNa6R3B9hCw
Then i used on the Plattform the Funktion to change my BTG-Coins to Btc-Coins. and i was asked to give a BTC Adress. so i give my btc Adreess and clicked on the send button on th plattform. that generated the Transaktion i posted in this thread above.
and still now iā m waiting for the transfer.

im sure that i used the btgonline.iop since i did not understand tussian and the site btgonline.info is in russian.
I will try to file a formal fraud be the registrar and by cloudfare.

I donāt think so, because the btgonline site is clearly pretending to be an official site, and we know that it is not.
Itās possible that it is an actual exchange service that is falsely using our branding in an effort to get more business, but I fear itās more likely that they are a scam.
If they are an actual exchange service, perhaps thereās a chance of resolving things, but I donāt know how to try to reach them - and I donāt know which exchange service they actually use on their back end. (Most places like that use ShapeShift, Changelly, SWFT, or some big exchanges for actual trades.)

the customer and the responsible hosting provider was informed about the abuse Report.
i contacted then the Hostingprovider of the site (btgonlineDOTio) also.
apparently the customer did not react to their message so they blocked the account btgonlineDOTio today.
The other site btgonlineDOTinfo is also blocked although that i did not complained about it.
