Never heard of it as well. It amazes me often- the number of exchangers no one heard of which poping up here and there on Bitcoin forums. And it looks quite suspicious. Why won’t people just stick to the old classic btcbit here. Everyone knows it. The limit plans are great, the transaction speed is superb. Guess I will never understand.
